Consumer (Guest) Complaints Notice

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act

We inform our valued guests that they may submit written complaints regarding the quality of our services in person at the accommodation property, by post, or by e-mail.

How to Submit a Complaint

Response Time

We will provide a written response to your complaint no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

Information to Include

In order for us to process and respond to your complaint, please include: your full name, contact address or e-mail address, and a description of the complaint.

Applicable Regulations

All complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union.
